They don’t have an exact number but last I heard it was over 100 and mostly referred to as “dozens”. People are trapped in thier homes by the levee breaks and have went up into their attics. Rescue teams are having to chop holes in the roof to get the people out. The 10,000 refugees in the Superdome have to be evacuated because the levee break is now flooding the superdome. They have no fresh water, little food , no electricity, and no toilet facilities. The temps are up in the 90’s with humidity probably well towards 100%. From your Catagory chart it reads more like a 5 than a 4. Houses have been totally destroyed as if they’ve never been, entire areas scoured “clean”. It’s a horrible thing.
