Hello amdsoft :-D

I guess I find this trackback too late - but I'll reply nonetheless. 2 months have passed now and you'll find that a lot of the issues raised by Andy have been corrected and/or improved on, and more. Not bad for a small company with a limited budget :-D Thank you Andy for raising those points.

As for customer feedback, you say I was too much on the defensive - with all due respect, I think you misunderstood. I was just objecting to the use of the word 'bug' in the article title when in fact some features simply didn't match Andy's needs (a valid point, but still not a 'bug').

In fact, if you search a bit, you'll find that 90% of the product was build from customer feedback. I have a list in front of me at this very second with 294 items being tracked for the next big release - all user-suggested. In fact, even the remaining items from Andy's are on that list :-D

Personally, I'm 200% with you regarding customer feedback. I think that the 'top down' approach from other companies is as arrogant as it's inefficient. Being agile is where it's at.

Thanks for the mention

Stephan has taken at least some of the points raised on-board.

For me URLs was the kicker, as those are "permalinks" - everything else can be fixed over time.
